Hair Cuttery Kicks Off 20th Year of Share-A-Haircut Charitable Giving Campaign

VIENNA, Va., Jan. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Hair Cuttery, the largest family-owned and -operated chain of hair salons in the country, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its philanthropic Share-A-Haircut campaign. Since 1999, the Share-A-Haircut program has donated more than 2.8 million free haircut certificates valued at nearly $56 million to various causes. This February's campaign will take place Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 4-5 with the goal of giving thousands of haircuts to the homeless.

For every haircut purchased on Feb. 4 and Feb. 5, a free haircut certificate will be donated back to a homeless adult or child in the community of one of Hair Cuttery’s more than 800 salons.
