Eversource Energy Announces $1.2 Billion At-the-Market Equity Offering Program

Eversource Energy (NYSE: ES) today announced that it has entered into an equity distribution agreement pursuant to which it may sell its common shares having an aggregate offering price of up to $1,200,000,000 (the “Shares”) from time to time through an “at-the-market” or ATM equity offering program (the “ATM Offering”).
