Mr. Bayern will oversee the complete day-to-day operation of INDUS, reporting to and executing the shared vision laid out by founder and Chief Executive Officer Robert Weakley and the organization's board of directors.

Mr. Bayern joins INDUS following a successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer of global beverage leader VOSS of Norway. In his eight years as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bayern led a turnaround strategy that nearly quadrupled sales and positioned VOSS as a globally recognized brand. His leadership and strategic thinking will now elevate INDUS to a lifestyle leader in the regulated cannabis space.
