Tioga Capital, a multi-strategy real estate investment manager in
Atlanta, GA, today announced that in the fourth quarter of 2018 it
executed on new LP equity, mezzanine financing and senior construction
debt investments across 253 multi-family units and 78,945 square feet of
office located in Atlanta, GA, Pensacola, FL, and Birmingham, AL. The
company also announced that it hired John Bradner as Director of
Investment Origination.

Mr. Bradner joins Tioga with over 13 years of commercial real estate
investment experience. Prior to Tioga, he was at Voya Investment
Management, where he was responsible for the oversight of the firm’s
bridge loan portfolio in the Western United States. Prior to Voya, Mr.
Bradner worked at RealtyMogul, where he was responsible for the
origination and underwriting of investments across the capital stack. At
Tioga, Mr. Bradner targets real estate investment opportunities in
select markets across the Sun Belt region.
