Experienced Litigator and Class Action Expert Teri Thompson joins Angeion Group

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Angeion Group today announced the addition of Teri Thompson to its executive leadership team as Vice President of Class Action & Mass Tort Services. Ms. Thompson is a veteran attorney who brings a diverse portfolio of litigation, management, and consultative experience to her role at Angeion Group.

Drawing upon her extensive legal services background, Ms. Thompson will play a valuable role in consulting with current and prospective Angeion clients on a broad range of class action and mass tort settlement administration matters. She will work closely with Angeion Group Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Chimicles and Chief Innovation Officer, Steven Weisbrot, Esq.

Prior to joining Angeion, Ms. Thompson held a leadership position at Rust Consulting where she worked on and implemented a variety of class action settlement administration matters in antitrust, consumer and labor and employment. She also managed the West Coast business for LexisNexis, comprising the company's entire legal portfolio.  She started her career as a litigation associate at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, helping represent a variety of Silicon Valley corporations, including Apple. Her volunteer experience has included serving as a board member of Gifford's Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, as well as working as a reporter at KPFA radio in San Francisco.

Ms. Thompson is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of California at Santa Barbara, Summa Cum Laude.
