Dialyze Direct Welcomes Robert Aberman as SVP of Population Health

Dialyze Direct, the nation’s leading provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), is pleased to welcome Robert Aberman as Senior Vice President of Population Health. As the newest member of the company’s senior leadership team, Aberman will be responsible for growing relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, payors, and other organizations focused on improving clinical and quality-of-life outcomes while reducing the cost of care for patients living with kidney disease. In addition, Aberman is engaged in Dialyze Direct’s industry-leading effort to improve the adoption of home hemodialysis among members of historically marginalized communities.

Aberman’s healthcare industry experience includes a nine-year tenure with Compassionate Care Hospice, which operated 53 locations in 22 states at the time of its acquisition by Amedisys in 2019. He most recently served as the company’s director of post-acute care payer relations, a role that entailed developing relationships and programs with insurance companies and health systems across the country. His previous roles at Compassionate Care Hospice included serving as New York City program director, in which he was responsible for overseeing hospice services in the city, and as director of business development.

He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
