(“Tempo” or the “Company”), a leading software-accelerated electronics manufacturer, today announced that Joy Weiss, Tempo's Chief Executive Officer, and Ryan Benton, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the CJS Securities 22nd Annual New Ideas for the New Year Conference on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Management’s presentation will take place at 3:45 P.M. Eastern time that day. Weiss and Benton will be available to conduct one-on-one meetings with investors during the conference.
As previously announced on October 14, 2021, Tempo and ACE Convergence Acquisition Corp. (“ACE”), along with ACE Convergence Subsidiary Corp., entered into an agreement and plan of merger relating to their proposed business combination.
