MJIC Enters Into Financial Advisory Agreement With Haywood Securities Inc.

(the “Engagement Agreement”) with Haywood Securities Inc. (“Haywood”)
outlining the general terms and conditions of a financial advisory
arrangement anticipated to culminate in a public listing for the Company
in early 2019.

The Engagement Agreement announced today aligns the Company with one of
the top financial institutions in the North American legal cannabis
