KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Provident Funding Mortgage Trust 2021-INV2 (PFMT 2021-INV2)

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns preliminary ratings to 32 classes of mortgage pass-through certificates from Provident Funding Mortgage Trust 2021-INV2 (PFMT 2021-INV2), the second transaction by the Sponsor to be collateralized entirely by agency-eligible investment property loans. The pool comprises 1,348 first-lien, fixed rate residential mortgage loans with an aggregate principal balance of $356.6 million as of the November 1, 2021 cut-off date. The pool is characterized by significant borrower equity in each mortgaged property, as evidenced by the WA original LTV of 55.7% and WA original CLTV of 55.7%. The weighted average original credit score is 779, which is well within the prime mortgage range.
