KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to GS Mortgage-Backed Securities Trust 2021-PJ11 (GSMBS 2021-PJ11)

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns preliminary ratings to 38 classes of mortgage pass-through certificates from GS Mortgage-Backed Securities Trust 2021-PJ11 (GSMBS 2021-PJ11). The transaction is backed by primarily prime jumbo mortgages with an aggregate principal balance of approximately $535.3 million as of the cut-off date. The pool comprises 495 first-lien, fixed rate residential mortgage loans as of the November 1, 2021 cut-off date. The pool is characterized by significant borrower equity in each mortgaged property, as evidenced by the WA original LTV of 71.2% and WA original CLTV of 71.3%. The weighted average original credit score is 768, which is well within the prime mortgage range.
