WASHINGTON, Nov. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 5376, the Build Back Better Act, which includes historic investments in major priorities of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, such as climate action, affordable housing, child care, and education.
