Delta Galil Industries Ltd. (DELT/Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), a global manufacturer and distributer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children (“Delta Galil” or the “Company”), announces that it has confidentially submitted a Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed offering of its ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares to be offered and the price for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.
Delta Galil’s ordinary shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in Israel under the symbol “DELT.” The Company has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States under the ticker symbol “DLTG.”
