After her double mastectomy, Woodruff suffered from nerve pain, prohibitive range of motion, and the emotional fatigue of managing four drain bulbs, pain boluses and lengthy tubing sewn into her skin. Her discomfort was amplified by the industry-standard recovery garment women must wear constantly for weeks following their procedure.

She recalls her own clothing not fitting over the drains; tubes getting caught on door handles or tangled when she slept, creating trauma to the drain port site and increased pain and bleeding. RecoverEase, a long-wearing, multi-functional garment that gives patients infinite options in drain placement, solves all of these problems.
