The SoCal MAME Awards, presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and Building Industry Association of Southern California, were held on October 9 at the recently opened Westin Resort of Anaheim. The awards encompass all facets of sales, marketing, merchandising and design in the Southern California homebuilding industry.

NEW HOME won “Detached Community of the Year” for Atlas at Rise in the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine. Atlas is a collection of 38 thoughtfully designed and expansive residences, offered through a strategic partnership between NEW HOME and FivePoint, the developer of the Great Park Neighborhoods, that has sold exceptionally well since sales began earlier this year.
