Grupo Aeroportuario Del Pacifico Pays Capital Stock Reduction Approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Sept. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (the “Company” or “GAP”) announces that today it has made a capital stock reduction payment of Ps. 7.80 (SEVEN PESOS 80/100 M.N.) per outstanding share representing the Company’s shareholder equity, to the institution S.D. INDEVAL, S.A. de C.V. for distribution to shareholders, according to the record date of September 27, 2021. This capital stock reduction payment corresponds to the thirty-one such payment.

The capital stock reduction payment was approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on September 14, 2021.
