Arch Street Capital Launches Social Impact Initiative

NEW YORK, Sept. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Arch Street Capital Advisors (Arch), a New York City based real estate investment advisory firm, has established a Community Enhancement Program to provide a mechanism for its capital partners to support the local communities that surround their real estate investments. The program targets various acute needs specific to each respective community, targeting issues such as homelessness, food insecurity, education and tenant health & wellness. The program's ultimate goal is to focus on the intersection between social and economic benefits, allowing Arch's capital partners to make a positive impact on the communities adjacent to their real estate investments.

Arch's most recent initiative included a partnership with People Incorporated, a St. Paul, Minnesota based mental health services company.

Arch's capital partner owns several downtown office buildings in St. Paul that have been confronted with the rise in homelessness from neighboring encampments, as well as theft and vandalism. While many traditional owners might have sought a solution that protected their physical investments solely through increased security, Arch and its capital partner took a different approach and leaned in by partnering with People Incorporated to help address the matter in a more proactive way.
