Ron, a serial entrepreneur, is currently the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Leading Pharma, and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the generic business. Prior to founding Leading, Ron was Founder, President and COO of Rising Pharma which was sold to Aceto Corporation (ACET). Steve is a pharma services veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in the CDMO space. He recently retired from Cambrex Corporation, where he was CEO for twelve years, after leading its sale to Permira, a global private equity firm at an enterprise value of approximately $2.5B. Under Steve’s leadership, Cambrex became a leading fully integrated supplier of drug substance, drug product, and testing services for the entire life cycle of innovator and generic pharma products. Cambrex has twelve manufacturing and R&D sites in the US and Europe with over 2000 employees.
