Jeffrey W. Ubben Steps Down from 21st Century Fox's Board of Directors

NEW YORK, April 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 21st Century Fox (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) and ValueAct Capital today announced that Jeffrey W. Ubben has stepped down from the 21CF Board of Directors.  Mr. Ubben, ValueAct's Founder and CEO, has served as a member of 21CF's Board since November 2015.
