Led by broker owners Thomas Gallagher and Mike Litzner, CENTURY 21 American Homes gives to many philanthropic organizations including Easterseals (the global brand's philanthropic partner since 1979), C21Gives, the internal fund to help C21® brokers and agents, local community members in crisis, food pantries, and 'Toys for Tots.' To bolster their in-house efforts, the duo recently formed their own foundation, the "Heart of American Homes," where agents raise and contribute their own funds, and Gallagher and Litzner match those funds up to $50,000 a year.
