Martinrea Announces Amendment to its Advance Notice By-Law Provision

(TSX : MRE), a diversified and global automotive supplier engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of highly engineered, value-added Lightweight Structures and Propulsion Systems, today announced that it has amended section 1.3 (a) of the advance notice provisions in the Company’s By-Law No. 4. which pertains to the notice required in any nominating shareholder’s notice. The amendment will be filed under the Company’s profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. By-Law No. 4 as amended and restated, is subject to the approval of shareholders at Martinrea’s annual general and special meeting scheduled for June 8, 2021 (the “Meeting”).
