Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

WALTHAM, Mass., May 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ELOX), a leader in ribosomal RNA-targeted genetic therapies for rare diseases, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
