Marty Martin is a senior leader who has spent over 30 years developing and executing distribution efforts for top rated health plans and product lines. Martin has held President, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer titles at several notable companies including Liberty Bankers Insurance Group, Aon Hewitt Navigators at Aon Hewitt, American National Insurance, and UnitedHealth Group. Martin has a proven track record of developing underlying marketing and operational strategies, leading product development, and building large, diverse, and multi-faceted distribution channels. In addition to his experience building quality products and distribution networks, Martin also founded the Martin and Martin Insurance Consulting Group ("MMICG") to assist clients in the insurance space with developing successful marketing and operational strategies.
Martin’s addition to the leadership team will support the company’s targeted approach to building a nationwide team of licensed agents focused on serving the senior age market sector. In 2020, 39% of all Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans and that rate has doubled in the past decade. However, today’s Medicare consumers are often unaware of their coverage options, and as a result, fewer than one in ten Medicare Advantage beneficiaries change their plans each year.
