Jet Health, Inc. Acquires Hospice de la Luz in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Jet Health Inc., a leading regional provider of home health and hospice services, announced today the acquisition of Hospice de la Luz, an Albuquerque, New Mexico-based hospice company. The acquisition marks Jet Health’s third hospice-related acquisition and furthers the Company’s strategy to add this offering to the current home health markets it serves.

Hospice de la Luz is a local hospice company which has been serving patients throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas since its 2005 founding.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Funding for the transaction was provided by SV Health Investors and Health Enterprise Partners. Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth acted as legal counsel to Jet Health.
