The Company is pleased to announce that it has chosen to open corporate offices for U.S. Operations in Surprise, Arizona and will shortly be announcing the location of the site for the processing facilities in Navajo County, Arizona. The Company has been pleased to work with businesses and leadership in Winslow, Snowflake, Taylor, Holbrook in Navajo County and in Surprise, Maricopa County, AZ.

The Company's exploration and development program was welcomed by businesses struggling to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Desert Mountain Energy Corp. did not apply, nor did it take any Federal or state financial assistance during these trying times. Company management was honored to help local businesses keep employees on the payroll and thereby help families and children through our efforts to use local services where possible. The Company is continuing to work with counties and municipalities where our efforts to build new businesses focused on a fiscally sound greener future are appreciated and welcomed.
