(TSXV: KDK) (OTCQB: KDKCF) (the "Company" or "Kodiak") is pleased to announce that its common shares have commenced trading on the OTCQB Marketplace under the symbol "KDKCF". The Company continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol "KDK" and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "5DD1".
