Cherwell Service Management, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +83, was ranked highly for ease of IT administration, ease of customization, and breadth of features. SysAid, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +84, performed well on vendor support and ease of implementation. IBM Control Desk, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +83, excelled in business application integration and integration with IT tools. C2 ATOM, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82, was recognized for product strategy and rate of improvement, as well as availability and quality of training.
In general, IT Service Management software users were most satisfied with technician administration – and were most dissatisfied with product strategy and rate of improvement.
