Michael Green to Lead Baker Tilly Life Sciences Practice

Leading advisory, tax and assurance firm Baker Tilly US, LLP (Baker Tilly) appoints Partner Michael Green to lead the firm’s life sciences practice.

In his new role, Green will be responsible for strategy and operations of Baker Tilly’s life sciences practice which serves medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech companies and works with stakeholders across the industry spectrum. The practice helps clients with a broad range of services including market access, capital requirements, mergers and acquisitions and traditional audit and tax services.

Green joined Baker Tilly in 2020 when California-based accounting and advisory firm Squar Milner, LLP combined with Baker Tilly. He is also the managing partner for Baker Tilly’s San Diego market. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the COO and CFO for several public and private life science companies where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and operational matters.
