A.I.S. Resources Amends Financing Terms
Resources Limited (TSX-V AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the Company or AIS) announces that it is amending the terms of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on January 7, 2021.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSX-V – AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) announces that it is amending the terms of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on January 7, 2021. The expiry of the warrants has been increased to 24 months from closing and the warrants will not be subject to accelerated expiry.
All other terms of the private placement remain unchanged.
Closing of the Private Placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date under applicable Canadian securities laws.
