Northern Sphere Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - January 7, 2021) - Northern Sphere Mining Corp. (CSE: NSM) (OTC Pink: NSMCF) ("Northern Sphere" or the "Company") announces that Monique Delorme has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. The board of directors would like to thank Ms. Delorme for her contributions to the Company over the years.

The Company is pleased to announce that Arvin Ramos has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in Ms. Delorme's stead, effective immediately. Mr. Arvin Ramos holds a degree in commerce and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Ramos has over 17 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, technology and banking. Mr. Ramos serves as Chief Financial Officer of several junior mining companies.
