KM2 is a leading business process outsourcing provider with an extensive footprint throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. H.I.G. is partnering with the current management team to support the Company’s mission of becoming the leader in the nearshore contact center outsourcing market. The growth capital will support the Company’s continued expansion into high-growth markets as well as investments in next-generation customer experience technologies.
Founded in 2004, KM2 provides high quality, cost effective solutions spanning customer care, sales and retention, receivables management, and back office processing for clients in a variety of end markets. The Company’s services are delivered through a nearshore model that spans the Caribbean and Latin America.
