RLJ Lodging Trust Successfully Extends Covenant Waiver Period

RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that it has further amended its Senior Unsecured Credit Facilities to extend the waiver period for the testing of its financial covenants from March 31, 2021 to December 31, 2021, unless terminated earlier by the Company. The amendments also extended the modification of certain financial covenants, once quarterly testing resumes, through the first quarter of 2023. All other terms and restrictions as outlined in the amendment to the Company’s $1.8 billion Senior Unsecured Credit Facilities announced as of June 25, 2020, remain substantially unchanged.
