Angel Llull Joins The Knot Worldwide As President, International

The Knot Worldwide, the world’s largest digital wedding planning company, announced today that Angel Llull is joining the company as President, International. Llull is a talented international business leader with extensive experience leading and driving growth in markets all over the world. Llull will oversee the operations, strategy and growth of The Knot Worldwide international businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

In his role, Llull will centralize the international business in 15 markets across Europe, Asia and Latin America, and will lead the operations, strategy and growth of the multinational organization as The Knot Worldwide continues to serve both couples and wedding professionals across cultures, markets and locations globally.

Llull has a proven track record of growing new businesses, building high performing teams, maximizing profitability and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Most recently, Llull was Vice President and Managing Director of Booking.com, Asia Pacific. In this role, he was responsible for the growth and management of the Asian and Oceania markets for Booking.com, including business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, finance and all support and product functions in market. Joining Booking.com in 2012, Llull also served as Senior Regional Director for North America and Regional Manager for Spain, Portugal, Africa, and eastern Europe. Prior to Booking.com, Llull served as CEO for IBB Hotels.
