Fuwei Films Reschedules Reporting of Its Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year of 2018

(Nasdaq: FFHL) ("Fuwei Films" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic films in China, announced that, as a result of administrative issues regarding the review of its Annual Report to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, it was not able to report financial results on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 as previously announced. The Company is working with its auditors regarding these matters and will provide an updated reporting date and time as soon as feasible.
