Raines Feldman Littrell LLP (Raines) is pleased to begin the new year with the addition of esteemed attorneys Elliot A. Resnik and Steve Masur to its national team. Elliot joins as a Partner in the Firm’s Entertainment & Media Group, led by Andrew G. Tavel. Steve joins as a Partner to lead the Firm’s growing Technology and Ventures Practice Area. Since then, Elliot has run his own entertainment law firm, served as Senior Counsel at a well-respected entertainment law boutique, and was the Chair of Entertainment at his most recent firm prior to joining Raines. Elliot is a graduate of New York Law School and McGill University.

With over 30 years of experience, Steve Masur brings a wealth of knowledge from helping pioneer business models in artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and digital assets, metaverses, virtual worlds, gaming, social media, mobile, streaming, enterprise software (SAAS), and internet ecommerce. Steve’s practice spans corporate and commercial transactions, intellectual property applications, international regulatory landscapes, venture capital finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law and Colby College.
