Pharmagreen Biotech Inc. Discusses Potential Uplisting and Elimination of Convertible Debt with The Stock Day Podcast

Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - June 16, 2021) - The Stock Day Podcast welcomed Pharmagreen Biotech Inc. CEO of the Company, Peter Wojcik, joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly.

Jolly began the interview by asking about the Company's background and current project. "Pharmagreen Biotech is a highly specialized tissue culture company for the production of starter plantlets," explained Wojcik. "We provide the best genetics for the cannabis growers, whether they are indoor growers or hemp growers," he continued. "We compliment the growers, we don't compete with them, by giving them a competitive advantage."

"How do you see the US cannabis market progressing over the next three to five quarters?", asked Jolly. "Well I really see it moving forward. I think the mentality is there," said Wojcik. "More states are coming online, and pretty soon we will reach a point where over 50% of the states will be participating in this space. This will really drive the federal government to seriously look at legalization."

Jolly then asked about the Company's revenue potential. "We have identified a number of acquisitions, and we will be narrowing down on one of them," said Wojcik. "Our short-term goal is to complete our financing, which we have already started," he added. "Upon completion we plan to acquire the asset and increase the revenues of those assets immediately," said Wojcik. "For the second stage, we're looking to add our tissue culture plantlet production model, not only to sustain our own operation but also to provide the plantlets for the market."

"We're also looking to uplist our listings, and get away from the pink sheets and move up to the OTCQB," said Wojcik. "Our long term goals are to be a NASDAQ listed company."

Jolly then commented on a recent memorandum sent by the SEC encouraging OTC markets to get their financials up-to-date by the end of September. "I think it's absolutely a good thing. Transparency is hugely important for the investors so that they can make an informed decision," said Wojcik. "In the case of PHBI, we've been a reporting issuer practically from the beginning of our listing. So, we're at the highest tiers as a pink sheet company. To us it is simply a formality to the uplisting for the OTCQB."

"Do you have any convertible debt?", asked Jolly. "No, we don't. The very little amount of debt that we have is to be paid back with normal interest rates," said Wojcik. "Other than that, we have completely converted out or paid back the convertible debts," he shared. "We're very happy to report that going forward we're not going to have the negative pressure of the convertible debt diluting the company."

To close the interview, Wojcik encouraged listeners and shareholders to keep up-to-date on the Company's current projects and announcements as they continue to grow. "We look forward to also announcing very soon that our progress with business development is strong and will be migrating in the near future to producing plantlets that will also be on cannabis as well," said Wojcik. "I think we are here to stay for the long-term and we're looking to be providing services that no one else offers."
