In the future, Mr. Fischer will focus on his tasks at the subsidiary Pyrum Innovations S.A. and on supporting the sales of new customer plants.
Pyrum intends to fill the seat on the Supervisory Board in the upcoming Supervisory Board elections at the next Annual General Meeting on 14 July 2022.

Dillingen / Saar, 28 October 2021 - Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum"), a pioneer in the sustainable recycling of end-of-life tyres based on its patented pyrolysis technology, has begun expanding the production capacity of its pyrolysis plant at the company's headquarters in Dillingen/Saar.
The addition of two more production lines will triple processing capacity to approximately 20,000 tons of end-of-life tyres per year.
In addition to the existing pyrolysis reactor, two further towers of around 25 metres in height are being built.

Dillingen / Saar, 15 October 2021 - Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum"), a pioneer in the sustainable recycling of end-of-life tires based on its patented pyrolysis technology, has received the first delivery of waste bicycle tires by Ralf Bohle GmbH in connection with the planned cooperation of both companies.
Ralf Bohle GmbH ("Bohle") is with its Schwalbe brand and a turnover of EUR 225 million (2020) Europe's market leader for bicycle tires and inner tubes.
