Founders Karine Nissim and Eloise Bune were introduced by a mutual friend after unexpectedly losing their respective husbands. • Prompts: Like therapy homework or life coach tips, Prompts encourage members to express themselves in a Private Journal or publish responses to the Community Journal to help process emotions and connect with others.
